About This Site

This site is composed of best practices frequently asked about from Salesforce MVP Terry Cole’s own non-profit org. They are NPSP compatible and suitable for implementation by even lone-wolf admins. Terry focuses exclusively on declarative solutions with special emphasis on good architectural design, reporting and Visual Flow. SYM is available for short consultations and to provide Rocket Start services for small nonprofits just beginning their Salesforce journey.
